Wayne’s client-driven approach is built on decades of experience with some of the largest, most admired, and successful international information technology companies in the world where he developed and led complex, multimillion-dollar technology engagements for Government, Defense, and Fortune 500 clients. Wayne applies his diverse skills in sales, marketing, consulting, negotiation, management, and information technology to help every client succeed. Also a U.S. Navy veteran, former civil servant, and entrepreneur, Wayne knows the Washington Metropolitan Area and understands the needs of his clients. He works with residential and commercial buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northern Virginia.
Wayne considers himself a lifelong local. He was raised in Alexandria and — other than a few years away for military service — he has always lived and worked throughout Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County, Loudon County, and the District of Columbia. He and his lovely wife Marty (and their shelter rescue cat Turtle) reside in Fairfax County.
